I'm Ese (pronounced Es-say...yep, like the ones you write, only a million times more fabulous). I'm a wife to my childhood sweetheart, mummy to the most gorgeous 3 year old (absolutely no bias), the founder of the multi award-winning baby wear company Turnouts and business start up coach for new mums, just like you.

I've always been in business and finance, starting my career in Investment Banking (arrrggh...those hours nearly killed me) and then as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at a Business Information firm.

But my no.1 passion in life is simply helping people. And with entrepreneurship is in my blood, when I started not 1, but 2 businesses on maternity leave (can you tell I'm a busy body) , I naturally wanted to help other mums do the same!

My road to motherhood has been a like a rollercoaster - on steroids - with enough heart break to last a lifetime. But I've always believed that when life throws you lemons, you gotta roll up your sleeves and make LEMONADE. And I'm determined to make the best damn lemonade the world has ever seen - pink, tangy and oh so sweeeet!

But no experience is wasted, and it turns out my best business ideas have been born out of my own tragic life experiences, but this has made me resilient and determined to do what I love and to help and impact as many mothers as I can along the way. And I believe your passions and experiences are that biz idea, perfectly SHAPED for you and your family, just waiting to be born!
